The Sleep Test is ideal for individuals with the following conditions: • Abnormal snoring problems • Excessive daytime sleepiness, despite getting enough sleep • Sleep apnea, or a risk of sleep apnea • Not feeling refreshed after waking up in the morning or having a headache • Other abnormal sleep behaviours such as grinding teeth, sleepwalking, nightmares, limb twitching, or being startled awake.
